Warning: Guest Rules for Use

Assumption of Risk.  Participation in trampoline activities is an inherently dangerous recreational activity and involves a level of risk that each participant must evaluate on their own.

By using this facility, you are assuming a risk of serious catastrophic injury or death.

Warning!!!  Your risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis or even death will increase from failing to follow the rules below.

Liability Waiver.  By using the equipment and property at this facility, all guests of Hang Time Sports are bound by the liability waiver and release set forth in the terms of the Agreement that must be executed upon admittance to this facility.  Those under the age of 18 must have the Agreement completed and signed but their parent or legal guardian.
46 inches.  Only children 46 inches tall and above are allowed in main trampoline area.  Other activity areas are available for children under 46 inches.  Exceptions can be made if the facility is not busy.
Do not attempt somersaults.  Landing on the head or neck can cause serious injury, paralysis, or death, even when landing in the middle of the mat.
Do not double bounce.
Do not dive into the bag jump areas.
Only one person on the bag jump at a time. 

Do not sit or lie on the court.  If you are tired and need to rest, you must exit the court.
Wear appropriate clothing.  Clothes must be free of hanging zippers, belts, strings, etc.  Remove jewelry. Empty pockets and have nothing in mouth. (gum, candy, or other)
No tricks over safety pads.  No flips, inverts or tricks over safety pads.
Dangerous tricks.  Flips and other tricks are dangerous…perform at your own risk only if you have sufficient skill to avoid injury.
Be alert.  Be aware and considerate of those around you. Jump with people that are of similar size.
No climbing.  Do not climb on walls or netting, and do not touch basketball apparatus.
No drugs.  Do not use a trampoline when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No Rough-housing.  No tackling, pushing, or other activity that may unnecessarily interfere with the jumping or concentration of another participant.

Jungle Cove Adventure Rules

Jungle Cove Adventure is restricted to children 12 and younger

Parental supervision required

Grip socks are required – No shoes allowed on sponge flooring or in play area

Keep balls in ball pit

No climbing on the obstacles or slides

Supervising parents 250 lbs weight limit on equipment

No pushing Carousel or touching screen

No food or drink in activity area
